Here is a list of tasks we are keen to have volunteers help us with.

a)    Bar staff.  Regular or casual.  Training given
b)    In Club Shop on 1^st Team match days
c)     On Gate and turnstiles on match days for 1^st, Reserves and U 18s
d)    Tea Bar helpers in both Youth T Bar and Main T Bar behind stand
e)    Groundsman
f)     Essential maintenance  i.e. Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, Painter
g)    Help after matches with nets and replacing divots in the pitch
h)    General clearing up after matches

The Directors would also ask ALL of the Youth teams’ Managers and Parents –

‘Come to the club and use it. Have a drink, watch the big Screen TV and try to organise just ONE social event per season for your team’

If each team has one event per year (a quiz night or similar) this would amount to 22 social evenings in a year. This could earn approx £7000 in profit for the club, which goes a long way to cover the essential outgoings. It also has the effect of “bringing” people together and creating a truly Community Club
